Terms of service

Portal App is a shared delivery service for digital programs operated by separate product brands. These terms cover use of Portal App only.

The service

Portal App hosts accounts and unlocks program content you already obtained through a brand’s own channels. It does not sell brand products and is not a substitute for that brand’s purchase or product terms.

Accounts

Access is for people who received a valid enrollment (for example via a purchase link). There is no public sign-up. After first sign-in you may add a password or connect a Google account as return sign-in methods. You are responsible for keeping sign-in details secure.

Acceptable use

Use Portal App only to access programs you are enrolled in. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other people’s accounts, or misuse content.

Program content and brands

Program materials and related claims belong to the brand that provides them. Brand purchase, refund, and product terms are between you and that brand.

Availability

We aim to keep Portal App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
