What this notice covers

This notice applies only to Portal App accounts and how programs are delivered through this service. Marketing, purchase, and product terms for a given program come from that program’s brand — not from Portal App.

Data used to run the service

We process account and sign-in details, enrollment and progress needed to unlock program content, and technical data required to operate and secure the service.

Google sign-in

You can optionally connect a Google account to sign in. When you do, Portal App receives your Google account’s name and email address and uses them only to authenticate you and match you to your existing member account. We do not use Google account data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with anyone beyond the infrastructure providers that operate sign-in for Portal App. Portal App’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect Google at any time from your account page, or revoke Portal App’s access in your Google account’s security settings. To request deletion of your account data, contact the operator of this site.

Who else sees data

The brand of a program you are enrolled in receives what is needed to provide that program. Infrastructure providers (for example hosting and authentication) process data to run Portal App. We disclose data when the law requires it.
